Ingredients
- 8 lamb or pork chops
- 1/3c mayo
- 2tbsp shallots, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2tsp fresh thyme
- 1/2tsp fresh rosemary
- 1/2c bread/cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine mayo, shallots, garlic, thyme and rosemary. Season chops with salt and pepper, then spread one side with mayo mixture.
- Dredge side with mayo mixture in bread or cracker crumbs.
- Bake 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
