Ingredients
  1. 8 lamb or pork chops
  2. 1/3c mayo
  3. 2tbsp shallots, minced
  4. 1 clove garlic, minced
  5. 1/2tsp fresh thyme
  6. 1/2tsp fresh rosemary
  7. 1/2c bread/cracker crumbs
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine mayo, shallots, garlic, thyme and rosemary. Season chops with salt and pepper, then spread one side with mayo mixture.
  3. Dredge side with mayo mixture in bread or cracker crumbs.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
