Ingredients
  1. 2c berries
  2. 1c sugar
  3. 1/2c lemon balm, chopped
  4. Apple cider vinegar (about 1 cup)
Instructions
  1. Mix berries, sugar, and lemon balm and mash with a potato masher. Refrigerate 12-48 hours.
  2. Strain through cheesecloth to remove seeds and leaves.
  3. Measure liquid and mix with equal amount of apple cider vinegar.
  4. Chill 1 hour before serving.
To Serve
  1. Pour 1/4c of shrub over ice in a tall glass and fill with water, juice, or soda.
