Hops Rhizomes for Sale

Hops can be propagated through the harvest and transplant of rhizomes (smaller roots cut from the main crown) in much the same way as horseradish, asparagus, and rhubarb.  Early- to mid-spring is the time to dig up hops crowns and trim off the rhizomes.

The varieties available can be found and ordered through our new online shop (also found in the site navigation).  Please note that there is limited availability, and orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.

Our estimated harvest period is the last week of March.
