This was an incredible Market season for me. I did not quite break even for the season, but I came very close. If the only thing that had come out of this season was obtaining the contract with the Yellowstone Restaurant, it would have been a great season; to come so close to breaking even for the Market was the icing on the cake.
I look forward to seeing you all again next year!
As is my tradition, Squeak accompanied me to the final Farmers Market of the season. She was seriously disappointed in the weather, however, which, although partly sunny, was rather chilly.
I got to know the Macys of Macy’s Apples & Hives during the Market season and picked up this lovely beeswax candle from them today (also the featured image). It smells absolutely wonderful!
When you desperately miss your own tower and having all the plastic grocery bags you could ever want to play with, you find ways to make the most out of what you have. Add some delicate feline snores, and you have one of the cutest Squeak poses I’ve ever photographed.
