- Fresh sage leaves
- Prosciutto slices
- Olive oil
- Slice sweet potato into wedges roughly 1 inch wide by 3-4 inches long and ¼-½ inch thick.
- Place a sage leaf on both sides and wrap with prosciutto.
- Brush with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes at 350°F or until potato is tender.
