Ingredients
  1. Sweet potatoes
  2. Fresh sage leaves
  3. Prosciutto slices
  4. Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Slice sweet potato into wedges roughly 1 inch wide by 3-4 inches long and ¼-½ inch thick.
  2. Place a sage leaf on both sides and wrap with prosciutto.
  3. Brush with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes at 350°F or until potato is tender.
