Ingredients
  1. Lamb's ears leaves
  2. 1/2c wheat flour
  3. 1/2c cold water
  4. 1tbsp cornstarch
  5. 1/4tsp yeast powder
  6. 1tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Wash the lamb's ears leaves and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients to create a batter.
  3. Dredge lamb's ears in batter and fry in hot oil until crispy
Optional
  1. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
