- 3/4c dark chocolate chips
- 3/4c (1 bunch) fresh peppermint, finely chopped
- 2tbsp coconut milk
- 3/4c coconut butter, melted
- Dried cranberries, chopped
- Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Add coconut milk and stir until smooth, stir in peppermint.
- Spread in a lined 8-inch baking pan, freeze until set.
- Pour melted coconut butter over chocolate, top with dried cranberries.
- Refrigerate until firm.
